Our standard professional fee for Recruitment is:
- 14% for positions above 500k CTC
- 16% for positions below 500k CTC
Invoices are payable within 30 days from the candidates official start date.
Exceptional Recruitment is not obliged to honor the guarantee benefits offered if payment terms are not timeously met by the client.
Exceptional Recruitment undertakes to provide a replacement candidate if an Exceptional Recruitment candidate is legally dismissed or resigns from the client’s employment within 90 days from the commencement date of the original employment commencement date, provided that the following conditions are met:
• The vacancy remains vacant and unchanged
• Full payment of the placement fee is received as per the agreed terms and conditions.
• Exceptional Recruitment is notified in writing of the dismissal/resignation within 7 days after the event.
The appointment of an Exceptional Recruitment candidate will be deemed as acceptance of all our terms and conditions of business stated in this document. These terms and conditions are not capable of any variation, cancellation, waiver or suspension unless such be contained in writing and signed by both the Client and Exceptional Recruitment. No inducements, representations, promises or warrants have been given or made by Exceptional Recruitment to the client save as are herein contained. For these purposes an interview, a CV or an appointment will constitute an introduction. Should an Exceptional Recruitment candidate be engaged by the Client’s company (or affiliated companies) as an employee, agent, consultant, business partner or part-time worker within 12 months of the referral date, the Client will become immediately liable for full payment of the recruitment fee.
Any subsequent introduction by another consultancy, agency, party, or the candidate does not in any way negate or limit our rights or claims.
